Review - Grocery Gateway

A couple of weeks ago I noticed a Grocery Gateway truck in front of our condo and I was curious so I decided to get some more information. The sign up was super quick and the site is easy to manuver. I didn't have a hard time finding anything that I wanted and the home page was filled with all of the weekly specials and sale items. One thing that I would suggest if you are thinking about joining is pick up a Thank you Rewards card from a Longo's store. It is just another points collecting system, but you don't need to carry the card in your wallet as once you put it online at Grocery Gateway you will start collecting points immediately.

So the main reason that I joined Grocery Gateway was to help me to become a better shopper. When I shop I find that I am picking up things that will not benifit my new lifestyle. It is just another tool that I am using to help out with my Weight Watchers. I am planning my week ahead and only ordering the things that I need. Not picking up the chips or ice cream or things that I do not want to tempt me.
The great thing is that you get to pick a window in which you want your food delivered. I choose between 11am-1pm on Saturday. I got a call at 11:40 from the delivery guy letting me know that he was 10 minutes away. He was totally lovely when he arrived and explained how deliveries work in the future. All of my food came in cardboard boxes that I would return on my next order. Another bonus - they take debit at the door! And I was able to stay home and get my laundry done.
If you are interested and want more info go HERE and you can follow them on twitter @grocerygateway
They also give you a $5 credit when you join. I am super impressed and will continue to use Grocery Gateway.
