Spooky Crafty Weekend
I did this craft last year with Shane and loved it so decided to do it with both of my little ones. I got all of my supplies at the dollar store:
* White water based paint (make sure it's water based, much easier for clean up)
* Glitter paint with a pointed nozzle
* Silver marker
* Black bristle board (cut into post card size)
My best advice for this craft is to have an extra set of hands – especially with two kids. Shane kept on wiggling around with paint on his foot, and when it was Aria's turn he was trying to sneak by us and put his hands in the paint.
On each piece of bristle board I had each of them put one footprint. Once these dried I got out my glitter paint and outlined the upside down footprints and gave them each eyes and a mouth making a ghost!
Be sure to date it so you can look back with your kiddos and show them how tiny their feet were! We will be sending these off to Grandparents and Aunties and Uncles this week!
Did you do any Halloween activities this past weekend? I would love to hear about them!
