Easy White Pumpkin DIY

As a child I don’t ever remember seeing white pumpkins!  Am I totally aging myself?  Tell me I’m not alone people – lol!!

We went to the pumpkin patch a couple weeks ago so I thought I should pick one up but as I looked at it I really didn’t think that carving it would look quite the same.  I love seeing all of the melting crayon art so I thought that I would give it a try.

All you need is your pumpkin, a heat gun, a little crafting glue and of course some crayons.

Take off the wrappers on all of your crayons and one by one i put a little glue and attached it to the top.  One stable I put on my heat gun and just let the wax drop where it dropped.  It took no longer than about 10 minutes and this is my outcome.  Pretty right?

I think next year I will do it again with a smaller pumpkin and maybe some more crayons but I love the outcome.
