Work vs Play – Time

I've always wanted to have a nice watch but wanted an all in one at an affordable price with a solid warrenty and wide selection. My criteria was that:

• I don't want to wind it
• I don't want to replace a battery
• I want quality
• I want variety
• I don't want it to cost me a paycheck (or two)

This narrowed my selection to:

• Kinetic Energy – Limited manufacturers
• Solar Energy – Many manufacturers

Casio (SOLAR), Citizen (SOLAR), Seiko (KINETIC+SOLAR), Tissot (KINETIC+SOLAR) just to name a few

The sites of choice to compare brands, models and variety were watchit.ca and amazon.ca. There are many other watch manufactures out there to choose from but who really wants to spend a paycheck (or two) on a wrist watch? Not I!! This closed my selection to Citizen, Casio and Seiko but I'm sure there are more out there.

I can't say for sure which is the best but the balance of budget, performace, quality and style, the Citizen Eco-Drive family is what "most" watch salesmen directed me to. In the end the Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium has been a great accessory for all occastions
